Colin A. Hardacre has represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation and criminal defense. He has successfully defended individuals and multi million dollar companies in state and federal civil and criminal matters across the country, obtaining favorable results at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Hardacre has represented many high profile clients and those cases have been featured in local and national media, including The Los Angeles Times, Business Insider and Billboard magazine. Before founding his own firm, Mr. Hardacre was a partner at one of the most respected boutique civil and criminal trial firms in Los Angeles.

Mr. Hardacre received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2002, and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2007. Mr. Hardacre is admitted to practice in all California State Courts; the United States District Court for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Hardacre has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, Northern District of Illinois and District of Nevada.

Mr. Hardacre is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has been recognized for his work by Super Lawyers. Mr. Hardacre is an avid golfer and musician, and a passionate Lakers and Dodgers fan.
